Présentation

Fruit of several years of technical and artistic research, Christian Moulin found in his luminographies "the means of expression which allow him to give free rein to his imagination".

And photographer becomes painter : the film is his paint, the camera his brush. But there is a difficult work between the idea and the picture, whose technical has to be perfect.

 

Some explanations :

1st stage :

                 In the beginning, the researches were only in the photographic field. Using black and white shots, linked by mounting, a new picture is created. The first intention is a life snapshot, taken by camera.

2nd stage :

                  Add colours. It's a plastic work made of made of handling and treatment of various materials, chemically coloured, then superimposed.

3rd stage :

                  At last, visual unit is set in its bright frame. With the help of light, the artist work is lived up.
